Shippments and delivery

The orders shipped to Spain will be delivered through MRW delivery agency; the shipment will be done by their 24h delivery service.

Delivery times indicated by Munira.net are estimated, although our company will endeavor to keep within these deadlines. Any delays do not imply the cancellation of the order or any kind of compensation. 

The commitment of sale and delivery by Munira.net of the goods offered is subject to stock of the advertised product and its availability while supplies last. Munira.net in its commitment to quality and customer service, will try at all times to ensure that the advertised products are available. However, in exceptional circumstances that lead to stock running out of the ordered product, the order and the contract between the parties shall be void by virtue of this clause, and full restitution will be made to the client in case of prepaid amounts paid by the same without either party having the right to any compensation in respect of breach of contract, damages or loss of profit.

Munira.net will not ship any order until there is a verification of payment.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are considered as non-working days for the delivery agencies.

There is a 10 day timeframe set for the effective delivery of the order done through Munira.net. This timeframe will start when payment for the order is confirmed either by prepayment; or there is an agreement for a cash-on-delivery option. In the event of a delay in delivery of the order exceeding 20 days and when the delay is attributable to Munira.net, the customer, upon written complaint by email info@munira.net, may withdraw unilaterally from the order and will be reimbursed the amount paid in case of prepayment.  The parties agree that there will be no claim for damages, present or future, direct or indirect, or under the terms of damages or profits.

Munira.net will not be held responsible for delays by the carrier for reasons beyond the normal operation of transport services, such as strikes, accidents, overloading the truck, and so on.

The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of the initial request by the client. Subsequent changes in the place of delivery requested by the customer may generate additional costs to the order price.

The order will be delivered to the main entrance of the address designated by the customer and will require a signature and an ID on collection. The customer is responsible to verify the contents and condition of the goods at the time of delivery. In case of finding any fault or damage to the goods received, these facts shall be disclosed to Munira.net within 7 days by written complaint to email info@munira.net

Return policies

If there is any kind of problem with a product received in your order, we will need a description of the problem and we will undertake to replace the damaged product and pay shipping expenses once we receive the original.

If you are not happy with the product received in your order, you have a period of 7 days from receiving the order to replace it or refund it; in this case, the customer will assume delivery expenses and once the product has been received in perfect condition the replacement/refund will be made.
